Seventh Generation is a leading environmentally-friendly cleaning product company. They are mission-fueled and often take public stances on social issues and have a presence in the environmental activism space.

Goal

Seventh Generation hired Third & Grove to design and build their new website. The top priority for the website was to gather first party data. Secondly, providing our users with a pleasing, easy to use mobile experience.

I provided key direction and process management throoughout the entire project lifecycle.

  • Multiple design review sessions with TAG’s Creative Director and Art Director, implementing design changes prior to internal review.
  • Each internal design review meeting with project stakeholders, capturing and consolidating points to push the project forward.
  • Each external design review meeting and steered all client-side comments and questions.

Process Ownership:

Provided key input on schedule/timeline for design deliverables and developed review and feedback processes which were utilized throughout the project.

These processes ensured that client-side feedback was not holding up delivery.
